When is an order cancellation request accepted?

• Customers are always allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after placing successful orders.
• For orders over 24 hours, we only accept order cancellation when the order has not been shipped.

To cancel an order, please send a request via email: [email protected] and provide complete information including: order number, order email, cancel the entire order or cancel a part of the order.

Refunds for canceled orders:

After receiving the request to cancel the order, we will review within 2 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive a refund corresponding to the value of the order to be canceled within 3 business days.

Note: Since we use Visa or paypal payment gateways, there will be a payment fee charged by the gateway when the customer clicks to pay, usually 5% of the total bill. So customers who refund, please return this fee to us
