We accept returns for defective items, or customer remorse!
- Return method:
We encourage return by mail to assist customers in different regions for convenient return.
- Send us an email to the mailbox: [email protected] with the title “Request for Return/Refund” and send us the order number + photo of the item that shows the problem.
- We will provide a return label and our address. Customer need to download and print.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition
- Timeframe that Vedeus.com accepts returns:
The return policy is valid within 30 days of delivery. If you want to return it, you must submit a request within 30 days. After this period, your items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Who is responsible for shipping returns?
For any defective items or damaged items in transit, we provide prepaid label for return shipping.
For customer remorse, customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of return package.
- Restocking Fee
Customers do not pay this fee.
- Notice when we receive the return package?
The time it takes for us to receive returned products will vary depending on the address of the person who sent them. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been returned.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high value returns.
Vedeus must first be informed of any returns via email or phone
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to return items
All products return or exchange accepted within 3 days after the order’s delivery date
Customers are responsible for all return& exchange shipping charges
If your item was marked “Free Shipping”, shipping cost will be deducted from refund at flat rate $15
“For our feng shui bracelet products, customers in need of warranty or size exchange are kindly requested to cover the international shipping fee and send the item to our authorized warranty center in Vietnam. The subsequent secondary shipping fee will be invoiced to the customer by the center.”
Refund will be processing within 7 business days after we receive the return
We understand that the products may not always work out but for sanitary and health reasons, we cannot accept returns that has been used or open under any circumstances
